Please include your device model, app version and what happened. A screenshot helps. Please do not send a child’s full name, age, recordings or other personal details.
When will the game be available?
The first App Store release is in preparation. The planned US launch price is $3.99 for the full game, with no ads, in-app purchases or subscriptions. Local prices may vary. There is no public download yet.
Do we need an account or an internet connection?
No account is required. The adventure, narration and mini-games play offline after installation. Progress and high scores are stored on the device.
Which language does the game use?
The first release has English narration and English text.
What if a puzzle is too tricky?
You can retry a stage. After repeated attempts, Mom and Dad offer help with gentler rules. The help screen explains what changes before you choose it.
How do stories and endless games unlock?
Complete a world to unlock that chapter in the story library. Finish the full adventure to unlock endless mini-games and local best scores.
Can we change the sound or show subtitles?
Use Settings for sound options. During a story, use the book button to show or hide subtitles. Story scenes continue automatically; hold the skip button to skip.
Where is progress saved?
Progress, settings and local scores stay on this device. There is no account-based cloud sync. Removing the app may remove its saved progress. “Reset Progress” in Settings resets the adventure after confirmation.
Something is not working.
Close and reopen the app, then check for updates in the App Store once the game is available. If the issue continues, email us with the stage and what happened. Avoid deleting the app as a troubleshooting step because saved progress is local.
Purchases and refunds
Apple manages App Store billing. A parent or guardian can review purchases and request eligible refunds through Apple’s purchase support.
